OBD0 -> OBD1 02 sensor problems

OBD0 -> OBD1 02 sensor problems
I tried searching cant come up with the awnser I need ..
My buddy has a EF with a D16Z6 and an OBD1 conversion harness and a chipped P28 . The car keeps getting limpmodebecause noneof the o2 sensor wires from the harness are plugged in anywhere.
I have the harness end and a big extension for the o2 sensor wires . The wire colors are Green , Black , White , and metal ..
I need to know which one goes to o2 sensor control / heater etc ...
Any help/pictures are appreciated
