Default Aftermarket Injector Questions

I'm so scared to post for fear of getting the "search" response, but anyway i already did. So on to my question, when stepping up from the stock injectors on my jdm b16a to high impedance RC injectors what do i have to do wiring wise? The injectors I have are low impedance with the resistor box on the shock tower. Do I just unplug the resistor box? I don't want the high impedance injectors and the resistor box right?

well, you just cant 'unplug' the resistor box....I'm not sure you can use those injectors w/ that ecu...although I could be wrong. now if you swapped up to OBD1, you could eliminate the resistor box....

why are you putting bigger injectors in anyway??

You'd have to match the impedance of the duty cycle signal coming from the ECU to the injectors. I don't know if the ECU sends out the correct impedance to just run the high-impedance injectors out of the box. Unless you've already got the high impedance injectors, why not just get the low-impedance ones?
