Updated Gear Ratio Calculator to include D Series, RSX, S2000, etc.
I've updated the Fatboy Raceworks Gear Ratio Calculator to include most of the D Series transaxles, as well as the RSX and RSX Type S and S2000 transmission.

Also fixed a couple of small bugs dealing with 6 speeds and some of the tire aspect ratios.
