Ok got a aftermarket clutch and flywheel (Toda kit), when I mount the pressure plate on the FW, all 9 holes line up. Factory only uses 6, but should I use all 9. Is there a reason for 9 holes on aftermarket FW and only 6 on factory FW. I would assume there is a purpose or it wouldn't be there, street use vs. race use....maybe.

Searched the threads, but no answer regarding it.

I'm about to assemble it and would like your opinions, I have all 9 bolts ready....

 

Did you put the aliment pins in?

 

Yes use all 9 that the flywheel came with.
My b16 only had 6 stock... but i used all 9 that came with it... i doubt they'd include 3 extra if they didnt think you should use em.
Did yours come with a clutch tool .. mine didnt .. but it did include a new pilot bearing.

Alignment pins already come with the Toda FW.

Me too, no clutch tool either, but I have a universal one and friends have the one from ACT.

I was planning on using all 9 just to make sure. Thanks.
