I have a '95 h22 and just swapped the motor in a month ago and I am already on my 2nd head gasket and still leaking oil outside the head and also burning oil on cylinders 1 and 3. Any suggestions, I am thinking either my head is warped or the block needs re-decking. Stuff like this is so frustrating with getting swaps.

borrow a straight edge and measure the warpage it sould be 0.002in or less.
