o2 sensor removal
just replace the headers
i have the same car as ya, with 118k miles :\ and the headers are orange/cracked. going to replace them with some Holley headers tomorrow, if i find out how to take out the o2 sensor on the stock headers ill let ya know.

I used vice grips the other day, worked fine. maybe some wd-40 if you're having trouble, but like wadup suggested, the o2 socket is your best bet.
