Are the Mugen parts for the RSX available from kingmotorsports yet?

 

No, not really except for accessories like shift ****, pedals, rad cap, etc.

King is run by a bunch of egotistical, rude, bastards... I called to inquire once about the RSX parts last December, and they told me to check the website. Well, the website says, "parts avail soon! winter of 2001" I told him that the website says winter of 2001 and now it is 2002. He then rudely says, "Japanese consider winter to be long and winter can be considered going into April."

Ahem. Bullshit.

Screw Scott and the King motorsports crew. I am buying my Mugen from A & J Racing from now on... Just be patient though, good things come to those who wait.

They are ready in Japan already. If you special order them I think it will take about 1-1.5months to get.

 

the strut tower bars are ready. here' s the email that kingmotorsports sent me:

Ahh King Motorsports....... I live about 15 min away from them here in Wisconsin. Yeah someone said something about rude, that they are there. There c*cks about everthing. There prices are also out of this world.

I put in my order for the 4-1 header and exhaust and thinner head gasket and radiater cap and low temp thermastat and then said could you send me a patch or some stickers with that, they said sure, then I got billed for a $16 patch and $20 stickers! I thought it was like hey I just spent a bunch of money on your crap that produces no more HP then the rest, maybe you could give me something for free! King doesn't care because they are the 'sole distributer'. Well not if you have friends in Australia who can get it and ship it to you far cheaper, now i know!

Did you call king and ask about the charges for the patches and decals? Did you assume these decals were free? If you did not want them, did you ask if they could be returned? My guess is you did not call them and ask these questions you just bashed them. King has always treated me great. If there was a problem with an order or part, one call to them took care of it.

But getting back to the orginal question, King released an updated RSX parts and price list on their site http://www.kingmotorsports.com/products/mugen/rsx/

 

Yes I called king and later when I ordered side stripes I waited a few weeks and called, oh they've been discontinued and no one could call me and tell me they were never coming! So I will bash them forever! as said before
