Here are my numbers for my turbo project, my question is whether or not I need to use boost control to ensure that I don't surge the compressor at at mid flow conditions or vtec x-over. I will be boosting between 12-15psi. It looks to me like @12psi it would be close, but @15psi I would need it, can someone take a look to verify this?

These are the parameters that I used.
Stock flow = 17.73 lb/min (8000rpm @ 100% Ev)
~.5 of Stock flow = 9.75 lb/min (5500rpm @ 80% Ev)-Used vtec x-over point on the advice of someone knowledgable.
20% of stock flow = .2*(max flow @ 80% Ev)

15psi (PR - 2.02)
max flow = 35.81 lb/min
1/2 flow = 19.70 lb/min
20% flow = 7.88 lb/min

12psi (PR - 1.82)
max flow = 32.27 lb/min
1/2 flow = 17.75 lb/min
20% flow = 7.09 lb/min
