Default Rear speakers in a '02 civic

My back 6x9 speakers in the back blew and i bought expensive speakers to replace them, only to find out it's hard to get the the original speakers. does anyone know how to replace them. also does anyone know where to get the harness for the new speakers. the stock speakers have a clip on wiring harness?

i think you have to fold down the seats and take the pillar panels off first before you can take the rear deck out. you need to be careful though if the new speakers are too deep they might hit the bar that supports the rear trunk lid...
i think there's a diy for it on 7thgencivic.com, i'll look for the link later on today.
