This question belongs in the appearance forum. This doesnt pertain to anything about 92-00 civics specifically. Oh and put on your flame suit cause honda-tech doesn't like neon lights and body kits.

This is a step by step diagram on how to wire up the harness for the lights.

When you have successfully completed this portion of the installation, throw the other end around a high beam, tie and secure it tightly. Stand on a chair while tying the harness, and make sure it hangs about.. neck high from the chair. Now onto the final step. Place the harness around your neck, and kick the chair out from underneath you.

I wasn't trying to be mean though. Heh heh. No hard feelings. The appearance forum is like almost the last forum in the list =P

Here is a step by step:
1. Undo belt
2. Unbutton and pull down pants
3. Remove boxers (or, in your case, take off your speedos)
4. Insert one end into your anus
5. Connect to battery (12v)
6. Turn on light and have your *** glow.

Wow, this seems like amateur night for n00b flamers.

Anyways, underglow lights are frowned upon here, and they're generally pretty tacky, but if you wire them to a 12v power source and ground, you'll be fine.

If you're afraid, then don't use the computer late at night.

Buy a teddy bear or something...

Or just do like I do. Keep a sawed off shotgun under the bed.
