What can these turbos support?

both are garretts, the one (with out) the red label says ''m24 BO on it .60 a/r''

Garrett with red tab has numbers that say : 259 6723 024. Just like that. - Turbine outlet

Nope I got them for free too.

How can I identify them, anyone?
