whats ur opinion on color change on cars?
say u re-painted a yellow itr the stock black itr color would it depreciate the resale value?

 

I would keep it stock. Changing will lower the value.

 

if your car has is a salvage/rebuild, go for it, not much effect on resale value

or if there are too many type r's in your area, why not...

 

All mods lower resale value, therefore choose carefully when making irreversible mods (or mods that require a lot of work to undo).

 

Like said above I would only consider doing it on a used beat up R. Since they only made so many in each color, I like the fact that it makes each car even more unique.

 

if youre going to paint it another color, don't go with a color you can find on any ITR or GS-R. NBP or FBP...whoa, big deal. If I were ever to repaint my yellow R, CW or either BP would be the last colors I'd paint it. I'd either go Imola Orange (Zanardi edition NSX), Electron Blue Pearl, Milano Red, SuperSonic Blue Pearl, or Diablo 6.0 Orange...

 

I'm not a big fan of changing colors on a car, especially if you're going to paint it another stock color, my opinion is to leave it the way it is. If you want a black ITR, then buy a black one.
