5 lug setup on a eg hatch? whats needed?

i already used the search so none of that use the search button stuff...
i heard u dont even need the shocks/struts from a type r... u can just use the hub... but my question is this... if thats possible u need hte rotors and calipers... but now if u swap the rear do u need to change the rear lca's? cause u just changed the rotor and pad and spindle?... if someone can direct me to some right info i would appreciate it and how this can be done

94> Teg knuckles for the front
EDIT: I was wrong about calipers you will need type R calipers.
5 lug hubs
5 lug disks
Rear=
trailing arms remain the same as the ones you have
5 lug hub\bearing assemblies
5 lug discs
calipers still not sure if these are the same or not.
rear disc ebrake cables
BB and master cylinder and prop valve from 94> teg RS if non abs car.
This is based on catalog queries between a 98 typeR and 98 GSR(US spec, JDM may be different)
