Default My 99 turbo prelude needs REAL help

I've got a 99 Prelude with a Greddy turbo and front mount. I've sleeved the cyliders, Endyne pistons, and Eagle rods. Replaced the valves by Endyne, Skunk2 retainers and springs, ACT clutch, and a Greddy exhaust. I'm running the Hondata s200 obd2 ecu w/ boost option. A week after the engine rebuild, my tensioner for my timing belt broke. Many months later, the problem was fixed? On the dyno we go. 180hp at 7lbs of boost... That's less than stock. My Vtec's no longer working, I have a serious oil consupmtion problem and 2000 miles later, the tensioner goes out again. Back in the shop. It's been over 2 months now. I'm kinda relying on them to at least get it running, hopefully i'm as lucky as the last time this happened and my internals are still straight, but I need to find someone who really knows what they're doing and can help me get some real hp from my ride.
