My intuition is that for a small turbo, you would want cams without too much overlap, because the pressure in the exhaust manifold will be considerably higher than in the intake manifold, and more overlap would only equal more charge contamination. So basically my question is with the relatively small turbo I currently have (mitsubishi big 16g), can anyone reccommend anything better than crower 402t's?

p.s. i know there are people making 400hp on stock turbo evos, and that turbo is supposedly almost identical to what i have
