yeah, i had to make brackets to put in del sol seats.
I hear integra seats usually end up sitting you really high in the car, so if you are tall it might not be a good idea. The del sol seats will sit you lower if you make the brackets right.

Why don't you just swap the civic rails to the seats you want. I know plenty of people that have done that.

as far as i could tell it doesnt really work. I have heard you could get three of the four holes to line up, but when i tried it, it didnt even look like that many would line up, and even if they did the seat would end up positioned funny.

You could just swap seat pans. I put 2000 prelude seats in my rex>https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1288351

Yeah, those pans look like they are pretty similar. I did try the same thing with crx seats and del sol seats, but the pans are fairly different shape, and the seats ended up being very uncomfortable.

The pans actually arent even close to the same. The prelude pans are much longer from front to rear and have a lower adjustment for your legs which puts the seat much higher if using the prelude pan. The only way to use the prelude pan would be to drill some spot welds holding the lower adjustment and fab up some rails which would have been too much trouble. Anyway, I hope my write up gave some insight as to what is needed for pan swapping. I would imagine it would be a little easier with the integra pans as they are similar to the ef's

Dude, chill out, I was only trying to offer a suggestion like you stated. I posted the link so you could see what is involved not to further "glorify" anything. I hate it when people ask for suggestions then put you down for not giving them exactly what they wanted. That's why its just a suggestion.

EP3 seats are VERY nice. Just don't buy them if they were stolen!

DO NOT GET EG SEATS!!!! You will hit your head on the roof every little bump you go over. I'd imagine the same could be said for DC and EK seats as well. The butt part is just too thick and sits you way too high. On top of that, only 2 bolts will fit without drilling or ghetto fab'n.

I feel dumb driving down the street and people are able to read my shirt because my chest sits almost completely above the window level.

Supposedly the best are CRX Si seats. If you can find them. Cheap seats and feel good stock.

Personally I am going for aftermarket seats. Group Buy Center has a nice sale going for Torino II seats.

p.s. No, you can't have my stock 88si seats. No one wants them. They're in terrible shape.

I'm willing to bet that the crx pans and the civic pans are almost identical. Just pull out your seats and compare them with the crx seats.

I have tried the seat pan swap between 90 DA seats into my 88 STD hatch, but the entire setup was different. The CRX-Civic swap should work fine as long as you remember that 1988 seats, Civic or CRX, are totally unique. If you want to find something different than you have, try the same year, just different trim.

The 89 CRX-Civic seats are for the most part interchangeable with minimal modifications, and the 90-91 are again very similar to each other and should play with each other quite nicely.

I left my 88 Hatch seats in mine, but had them redone with new padding and fabric. That made ALL the difference. I went from sliding in the nasty torn vinyl crap to a nice CRX Si replica with redone base model headrests and a tighter lower supports. Was more expensive than most would pay for stock type seats, but I didn't have to change the brackets or pan.

Oh yeah, the pans are almost identical. The major difference is the type and trim of seat requiring a different pan setup. It isn't difficult as the pans are almost identical. Just get both sides out of the car, and bust out that trusty rachet set and phillips screwdriver. 20 minutes per seat should be all it takes.
