my wife's car is just dying randomly. Its happened a couple times on the highway - fortunately she's avoided trouble. Power steering is gone, everything. We had the inginition switch recall work done a few weeks ago, but the car died 3 times while driving it this weekend. I checked the battery terminals, looks good. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated....

At this point, I dont think its even safe to be driving it.

'98 accord, 4-cyl, 80k miles.

 

Main relays are major problems and so are distributors, I would point more to the distributor if it happens while driving.
