Default d15b7 exhast and b18c swap

Havent posted much but My hatch was involved in a wreck and I am going to be getting a new swap out of the deal. But I am confused upon one aspect of it all. The Exhaust Pipes.

On my hatch now (1994 Civic DX HB) I have a stock exhaust except for the muffler which is a Uniersal MagnaFlow fart can and I am wondering will I immediatly ave to buy another exhaust set up? (Pipes, Catalitic Converter, Muffler, etc.) Or does this bolt up (Im thinking not)? Thanks for your time. I searched but only one thread with no help.

I do plan on keeping the stock headers on the b18c for time being.
Swap is coming from HMotorsOnline.com

Also
Price Range for new exhaust, and what do you reccomend (gotta be under 450ish MAX, way under if possible)

The GSR header will be about 4-5" short of meeting up to the cat/exhaust flange. You will have to get your piping extended to reach. It would be best to have an exhaust shop do some 2.25" - 2.5" custom piping which would take care of the gap and let it breathe a little better as well.
