Default Replacing valve train....need some good advice, and good part references...

i'm putting stage 2 cams in my 96 integra LS. woundering what else i should replace while i'm at it , and where i should get the part..brand name...ect..thanks..

IMO i would go with crower valve springs and titanium retainers, along with either Crower cams or some Zex street/strip cams. I would stick with the Crower setup for your valvetrain, they are definitely top of the line.

I would recommend either Manley or Ferrea as they are the only makers of forged keepers,all the other companies use the stock keepers for their retainers I believe,And I've seen stock keepers pull through retainers w/stronger springs.
