Default ITR CAM vs CTR CAM Which is better for ls vtec build?

Ok guys I am building up a LS vtec setup and here is the setup so far engine wise:

B18b block
CTR piston

with a
GSR head
GSr tranny

my debating right now is should I get Integra tpye R intake & Exhuast cam or Civic Tpye R cams? Are they are the same in providing horse power or is one better than the other..my ultimate goal is the run low 13's maybe high 12’s all motor in my hatch still have a long way to go with my setup but buying one item at a time...any input would be helpful..

the difference between ITR and CTR cams is so negligible, u wouldn't be able to tell the difference between equal drivers using either cams in the same setup.

since you're going with CTR pistons, why don't u go with a cam with more duration than type r? u'r going to need to bleed off that cylinder pressure to avoid blowing it up.
