Default is my fuel pump going bad

i just dropped a jdm b16 swap in my 91 civic si and it also converted to obd1 heres my problem some time it will start and some time it won't . i put the fuel gauge on the and just turn the key on and i get 43 psi, now when i go to start the car it will jump from 43-29 and keep on doing that. when it starts it will jump from 32-48. do u think my pump is on the way out the door

it i need a new pump should i get a stock pump or a performance one, should i get one for my 91 civic or can i use on from a 93 delsol ids it the same and better for my setup

I just changed a fuel filter on a vehicle because it was having these" I am going to start when I want to" problems. Take a look at the filter before you buy a pump.
