Default removing A/C components = much better radiator cooling? ..

If you remove A/C, (most notably the radiator looking unit in front of the radiator), you will get muuuuuuuuch better air flow to the radiator and in turn much more efficient cooling system? ..

.. would it be possible to get a smaller aftermarket one and relocate the unit?

Are you having over-heating problems, because if you are ditching the A/C system to provide more airflow to band-aid the problem would be the first I've heard of it (and a stupid reason to as well IMO).

BTW the "radiator looking unit" is called a condenser.

If your car is a track car and you're after saving weight, go ahead.

If your car is overheating, what you're talking about isn't the solution. Most of us have no cooling problems at all pushing the air through the condensor and dissipator, assuming that there are no leaks or air locks, both fans are coming on as required, and that the system is just working the way it should.

Do you mind if I ask why you're thinking about this?

if it is for racing purpose remove all the a/c components, compress, eval lines etc etc if it is for overheating purpose like GEORGE says you got a problem with cooling system
