i have a '91 hatch std with a Z6 and the stock axles... yesterday and today ive noticed that if im either not accelerating or if im decelerating(either off the throttle or braking) the car shakes... before i did the swap the car would shake while braking so i think the rotors are warped... it still does it while braking but now it does the same thing except worse when im off throttle... the only time it doesnt shake is when im either on throttle or if im braking really hard... it sounds like metal rubbing against metal and its really starting to worry me... a guy at work said a bent dust shield is rubbing against my rotors... could this be? i also have a few other ideas but i wanted to get the advise of some other people... oh and btw i just rotated my tires yesterday if that helps... thanks

it could be your axle, the dust shield, but it sounds like your axle and your brakes need to be changed..

 

nvm i forgot to tighten down the lug nuts all the way after i rotated the tires stupid stupid stupid!! thank god nothing happened while i was driving around... btw my rotors are worped... anyone got some power slots, brembros, etc for sale... pm me... thanks
