yes, the wiring is the same at 88-91. you need to use a 91 SI ECU and distributor.

so the wiring is the exact same when using the 92-95 intake?
and the 91 crx si ecu and distributor will run the 92-95 intake?

Let me get this straight. You want to make your 1.5L DPFI to a MPFI just so you can use a 92-95 intake? Please don't tell me your doing it because of that.

Intake = a couple of horse power.
MPFI = a couple of hp
both = a big waste of money, time, work.

Save your money and do an engine swap. Can do a ZC for around 900 bucks.

That is WRONG!! the distibutor is different, and the wiring to the injectors is different.

the 92-95 injectors wont work. EVERYTHING else off the 92-95 mpfi(intake manifold, TB, TPS, fuel rail, fuel regulator, etc) WILL WORK. youll need to use 91 SI injectors, distributor, ecu, and injector resistor box. others will work but i recommend those. the mpfi wiring for 88-91 is the same as the 92-95. you will need to rewire the SI distributor as the DX dist does not have the crank position sensor on it but the SI does. dont listen to anyone that disagrees with ANYTHING ive said, as i have done it personally on my 90 DX hatch.

i dont mean to be a dick but how many times are you going to post about the same thing. and how many times are people going to have to tell you the same answer? that wiring will work. those are the parts you need. do a search read my posts. i am doing the same swap right now but i have the 88-91 parts. i posted a couple of weeks ago asking about the 92-92 parts. i am sorry just tired of seeing you posting a new thread every couple of days asking the same question.

1.yes thats all youll need. follow the instructions on the link you posted. wires c1 and c2 are the ones that get wired to the dist.

2.to do the sohc vtec swap, youll need the completed 92-95 head and external vtec controller, and thats ALL. everything else wires up the same. a 91 SI distibutor is like $50 from the junk yard.

Oh whoops. I thought he was talking about a DPFI to MPFI, and not the Differences of 92-95 MPFI and 88-91 MPFI.

Sorry if i ruffled any feathers.

My main question remains. WHY?????????????????????????????????
The results will not be worth the work, but maybe you guys just get off on that!?

ur a schmuck mpfi is good for more than a couple of hp. in fact in a 91 hf we ran 15.4 with a dx motor and dx trans so dont talk **** on something u have no knowledge of. the mpfi is a cheap way to make hp. teh zc is a waste in my opinion.u spend $ on a motor with 25 hp more than a stock si. when u could save up your alowance for a few more months, and get a b16. its a swap ur gonna want to do anyway since ur gonna want to go faster trust me.

i agree with jdmb18hatch

everyone underestimates the mpfi swap. i beat gsr's with i/h/e with my 90 dx hb.

follow the instructions on the link you posted. where it says:

Connect C1 to blue/green wire on cylinder position sensor plug.
Connect C2 to blue/yellow wire on cylinder position sensor plug.

those wires connect to the SI distributor. just follow the colors on the wires.
