Default Which speaker is best for the buck?

alright i have a 93 honda civic coupe and im currently runnin some sony xplod speakers in front(6 1/2in) and 2 12inch polk audio subs in the back. all i hear is bass and i need more then just that. i was wondering if anybody has any experince or have the polk audio DB650 in there setup. i have heard good and bad reviews about it from lackin of bass, to blowing out after a couple of months in use. any information is great. im lookin for something to get the mids and highs. Also i head infinity's speakers are really good too.

http://www.eclipse-web.com , very good speakers for the price, you may want to look at the point source or components, also you may want to look into an amp for the high pass if you don't already have one. 94
