**Do I have to remove the driver's side front wheel for tranny fluid change?

kinda odd that you'd have to remove a wheel for a tranny fluid swap. Anything else I should look out for?

I replaced my MTF with redline synthetic at 15K, but I had a lift. One thing I can suggest is taking an old grease gun and cut the end off the hose. Fill it with fluid, and pump it into the tranny. Screw the long funnel, that's a PITA

yeah, no doubt... I have a STA-LUBE pump which should be perfect. But do I need to remove the front wheel?

no. just pop you 3/8" socket wrench directly into the fill/level plug and remove it.
