Quick question is there a gasket that goes inbetween the manifold and turbo plates? and i cant really tell wich port is the drain port for the oil on the turbo.
You can get away without using a gasket if your surfaces are machined flat, which they should be.
What turbo is this? On my T3 the oil inlet is a small threaded hole, and the outlet (drain) is a bigger square opening.

yeah i got a t3 but the small hole isn't threaded. also on my wastegate can i have it just vent out into the atmosphere or might it be to hot to increase under hood temp?
You at least need a dump tube to route exhaust out. The exhaust will get into your vents and can kill you. Plus it will sound like a turbo lawnmower.
