heater/ac only works on settings 3 and 4

Default heater/ac only works on settings 3 and 4

my air and heat only blows on the last two settings. anyone ever had this problem and have an idea of what it could be? thanks in advance.

exactly. there is are step resistors which limit the amount of current is sent to the blower depending on what setting it is on. if you can get the climate control out of a civic at the salvage yard for a good price, it would probably be the easiest and quickest way.

i would like to see exactly where these parts are in the climate control(resistors). i dont remember seeing anything in there(electronic looking)&lt;technical term

ok so i was wrong. so used to working on chevy's here at school. its located on the blower motor itself.
