Default Can you visually tell which are stock and which are aftermarket?

I recently traded for a fully built GSR head w/ some custom crower cams, which are ment to go up to just under 10k RPM's- i have no put it in yet.

I have little to no knowledge of what is done to my motor, due to the previous owner was simply in a hurry to sell it to go into the marine corps, so i cannot ask him questions on what is done.

But I do know, he had a chipped/tuned ECU (kept it) with no rev limit, so is there a possibility the head is built with titanium goodies as well? I've also come to wonder if he had ITR/CTR cams installed, as the difference between the cams is only a bit beefier on the crower's.

So any way to tell if I've got built head components? Or also, whether the cams that came in my motor are GSR's or not?
