What's the BEST 52mm ELECTRONIC boost gauge that reads P.S.I?
The autometer gauges seem hokey, and all the good (cool
) gauges I've found read BAR.
The coolest gauge I'fe found so far is the Defi Meter BF but once again, only available in bar
any other suggestions I may have missed?
Defi
Greddy
Autometer
Apexi
TYIA

you can get the greeeddddy ($$$$$) gage or you can get the stewart warner gage, very accurate, and readsup to 40psi if needed. they look pretty cool too, you can have the balck face with red background lit letters http://www.automotosports.com/dsm_gauge.asp

Second that. I have Defi Link gauges and they're completely awesome. The shop I ordered a bunch of parts from didn't have GReddy gauges in stock, so I bit the bullet and went with the Defi's. I'm so glad I did - because they're one of my favorite parts of the car.
Gauge playback is sweet with a boost gauge.

For me I just prefered to see something I'm familiar with in PSI vs. KPA. For me it was a lot quicker to compute if I'm supposed to be running 14 psi and I glance over at my gauge and it's reading 20, I know to get out of it ASAP. If I know i'm running 14 psi and I see it at just under 1.4 x100 KPA it takes me a while longer

defi gauges have a warning level...with a red indicator and a buzzer that comes on if you go above (or below for oil pressure) the set values.
no need to compute anything.
no need to compute anything.
go with defi...why do you want an electric boost gauge? just find one that matches your interior...and that is reliable
ive got defi dgauges monitoring the car...they match perfectly with the cluster...and they are very accurate

I still like PSI better

Unless you want to log the readings go mechanical much better IMO. Greddy make decent mechanical gauges.
Apex'i makes nice guages....and you can get them in PSI.

I've since sold those gauges and replaced them with defi.
