Default CR-VTEC in a 94 integra!!!

Hey there all, just wondering something and hoping someone will be able to answer. I am going to be putting a b20 block in my car with a b16a1 head on it. I am wondering if it will make a difference if the block is a b20b or a b20z, since there is a 17whp difference in those engines. If you can any suggestions or can answer this question please leave a comment. Thanks.

Well, read about why they have different horespower ratings. I'm not too sure of stock B20 specs, but it could be restrictive tuning, mild cams, or exhaust restrictiveness.

I do know that you should resleeve the block since it will be seeing more power, balance the crank for higher horsepower, and put some ARP rod bolts and head studs in since Honda ones suck when they exceed their stock capacity.
