Default Timing belt question about a 98 accord v6

I was wondering how much people have paid to get their timing belt changed on their late model accord 6 cylinder motors? also if anyone is interested or knows of a good shop in the cleveland ohio area i am willing to pay for an installation of a new timing belt, water pump, and tensioner. Thanx guys

i paid 50 dollars for a new timing belt, but it was no charge on installation cause i got a new water pump the same time...because they had to take the belt off anyways, and they just stuck a new one on...i think for me to get it done at a dealership was 900$, but it was covered by a warranty so i ended up paying like 200...I dont know if that helps ya cause i m here in washington, but whatever!

I paid $500 for timing belt, water pump, and I think tensioner. I think its near $500 at the dealership too. Dont think it was $900. I had a Honda-Acura specialist shop in the falls install it.

900 dollars way way too much money for t-belt kit,,,,,,,,,include belt, pump, coolant, tensionser and outer belts ......more likely 550-650 at a delarship

Dealer just quoted me 500 for a 4cyl. so couldn't be much more for a 6.

900 WAAY TOO HIGH.

Local garage is going to do labor for 125 and got the parts for like 153 or less (but i have connections at a local parts store for cost.

a minor leak at rear main seal???? there is no minor leak at rear main seal if it leaks you replace it and to do so you got to pull the tranny out .. did you ask what they fixed exactly??? 645 is about right for t-belt kit,,,,
