I have just done a B16 swap into my 2000 EX. The radiator in/outlet sizes are different between the Si and EX radiators. Is there any way to reuse my EX radiator and adapt the Si rad. hoses over to the in/outlet of the EX rad.?

Si = 1-3/8" in/out
EX = 1" in/out

just use those hose clamp you tighten with a wrench or try cramming the ex ones on.

 

i used the b16 hoses and tightened the hell out of them.

 

the EX hoses will not fit onto the B16 piping on the engine side and are too short. As far as clamping the hose down as tightly as I can (considering the size difference), I could see the possibility of leakage down the road.
