I have a 1995 Prelude SI 5 speed. The car has always been a 5 speed.

A while back the car blew the motor, then while the motor was blown someone stripped the car while it was in front of my house. Anyway it was a giant mess.

Finally after 4 years I bought a 1992 SI auto as a parts car with a good engine and interior.

Now I removed the motor from the donor car (1992 automatic) and used the engine and my old 5 speed transmission. Now the ENGINE harness Im using is from a 1992 Auto. I already got the reverse lights pinned and left the 2 extra plugs out.

On the passenger side Shock tower there is one extra molex plug and another 4 wire plug.

Im coding for ABS, 02 sensor heater 41(with a brand new 02 sensor) anybody know how different the 2 harnesses are from each other?

A DVOM is your best friend. Continuity check is the way i figured out my wiring issues.
