Look at what I just bought for my daily driver!!
Oh YEAH!!! You can't beat 45-50 miles to the gallon! 
Can't wait to get it lowered and put some "powered by Vtec" stickers on it! ha ha that was a joke 
Now I can be the one giving out the car dings. A quote from fuminsho (my brother) "it is better to give than to receive." Last note....I don't know how I am going to get use to being able to park anywhere in a parking lot instead of out in B.F.E!

umm... looks good..
if only I can get one like that.. hehehe
but then it is a bit scary to drive around in it....
(especially if you get used to driving an R)...

Go to the Junkyard and get some Geo Storm GSi wheels. Should make the car look a lot better for cheap.

I got this little guy for $700. I figure it is going to pay for itself in the long run when figuring in gas and regular maintenance as compared to my R.

hmm...pretty clean actually.
Maybe you can find a nice B-series swap and drop it in. You never know...maybe the other riceboys will let you pass for an EG hybrid.

A buddy on mine here in Chicago owns one and just pulled the head off of it last week (thing weights no more then 10 lbs bare).
The mechanic at the garage/machine shop he works for is P&Ping the **** out of the head just to see how the car reacts to it. I personally can't wait to see this this POP!

I dont know about a Metro but on a Suzuki Swift (same car as metro) you can drop in a JDM Suzuki DOHC turbo engine into it. They can run 12's. If you can get ahole of one of the JDM engines, Id go with the swap. Screw mileage, make your Geo smoke the ITR!
