if any one has a mugen muffler or knows any one that has one for sale please tell me for 88-91 civic of course and is it worth the money ???

 

no mugen muffler is not worth the money, its just one of those overpriced pieces which everyone wants. go with something custom, as far as piping and muffler.

new style is the N1 canister or go with the old school dual tip (aka HKS)

 

I talked to a guy around me who had a Mugen Muffler for 2 years and it rusted out and fell apart. Buy a Stainless DC or Greddy!!

Alright looking if you ask me... Who knows who "really" makes this muffler though...

Im sure they just contracted it out and slapped a badge on it...

Mugen still sells a muffler for a 88-91 Civic/CRX?

 

Last time I heard, they don't make it for the CRXs anymore...but I could be wrong

 

They dont make it for the crx anymore. But there are still some floating around.

Yep thats the Mugen Exhaust the guy had around here. Think he said it cracked in the welds from rust

 

I don't think Mugen makes anything new for the ED/EF generation anymore. Good luck finding one if you are really intent on getting one.
