Default LCA bolt won't budge

So I was installing my suspension today and I got held up on the read LCA bolt to let the shock drop down on my 99 civic. I finally got it out by unbolting the other end, but I won't be able to get it back in. I even this this with a breaker bar and then an impact wrench. Any ideas on how to get it out.

Just for those who wanna know I got Koni Reds and Eibach Sportlines.

Read the Koni shock install at the top of the forum. Even though its for an ITR the principle is the same. You need to loosen several bolts to get the LCA back in and then use a jack to push the rear suspension into place so you can retighten the other bolts

New day and round two. I'll let you know how it goes. Maybe I'll get some pics.
