Heres the story:
I was taking my brother to the shop to fix his fender, and there it was sitting in front of the shop, a 1988 CRX. I called the guy, and he said make him an offer. I checked blue book and its around $1600+. So thats what I offer him at first. It was actually a really quick transaction I said $1600 and he said $1700 so I said okay. Done deal. I cant pick it up till tomorrow morning because my banks close. I know some might say I over payed but keep in mind I do live in Alaska and it seems cars are just more expensive here. But im happy with it. Exterior it flawless no dents and 2 year old paint. There is a little chip in the tail light but its cool.

Clean indeed, I always kinda wanted a CRX anyway so I dont really mind about the price, Its also hard to find one in this good of cond. Also can someone tell me what the diffrence between a CRX SI and other CRX's other than the interior.
well you have your CRX HF with a D15 MPFI engine, the lightest model of the three
then you have your CRX dx with a D15 DPFI engine..other than the engines/trannys and wheels theres not much difference..oh wait you have a bit better suspension with a rear antisway and disc brakes too..the others dont have either. for weight purposes.
lol..and you have a moonroof..others dont..theres a few little things..hahaa

Welcome to the party, bought my White 91 Si 3 years ago for 5 grand, bone stock with 63,000 miles on her. A friend of mine got one in Alaska with 45,000 thousand miles for 3 grand, it's a DX but damn. Nice find though, take care of her.
That looks like a really good deal to me - especially considering the condition and lower mileage! I bought mine 3 yrs ago - 169k on the clock, rusty sunroof, heater/ac doesn't work, bald tires...$2300...I got ripped!
Clean it up and post up some more pics!
