With $1,500.00 what would you do first, and AEM CAI is done. What next???

And labor was free.

Not, getting all singles and going to a T&A bar >Just for the car and maybe a case of beer for the installation part of it.. and keep in mind the clutch has 25,000 miles on it (might need it soon)

So what do you think!

Get a decent header, Carsound cat (frpm SMSP), C's short stroke shift with Spoon or Mugen bushings

And if you have any money left, Cusco lower tie bars.

You just have an AEM? And, since your clutch might be going out...

1. FD (4.786 or 4.93): $400 - $700
2. Lightened flywheel: $100 - $450
3. New Clutch: $200 - $500

Your car will drive like new and faster with these setups.

Depends... assuming you're doing all the labor

ROAD RACE
ATS, Fidanza flywheel, SS brake hoses & fluid, maybe pads

DRAG RACE
DC JDM header or JDM 4-1, 2.25 or 2.5" piping, test pipe, cam gears, maybe a VTEC controller of some sort

All the above mods listed are kick ***, IMO. You choose.

FWIW, the first mods I did on my Integra were DC JDM, Icebox, test pipe and OBD1 P28 Skunk2 ECU. Then I did ported head, cam gears and 01 ITR intake cam.

to keep the potential flame-war at bay.. i will recommend the following...

it is up to you, and do a search to find more in-depth answers...

CLUTCH:
stock ITR, clutchmaster stage 1, exedy, ACT

FLYWHEEL:
Fidanza, Comptech, Toda, Spoon

HEADER:
DC JDM, OE JDM, Type One, SMS, Toda, Spoon, Mugen

LINES AND FLUID:
Goodridge and Motul seems to be the general concensus.

that should do it.

What kind of horsepower are you expecting out of your car? You might want to go with a beefier clutch, if you plan on making 185+ HP at the wheel. I don't know much about clutch, but as for FD and flywheel, ATS and Toda seems like a great combo. Also, for a low-buck bang, JDM and shaved OE flywheel is a good deal. I'm personally going with JDM FD, 'cuz I'm leaving my 5th gears as-is and I do too much freeway drive at 80+ mph. ATS FD would be hard to keep civilized for any drive over 2 hours @ 80+ mph, IMHO.

It only goes up about 500rpm at 80 compaired to stock. Not a big deal IMHO. We'll see what long distance is like with the ATS when I take my car to expo, if its fixed by then.

If I had $1500.00 to spend on my R now, Depending on your yearly salery I would invest in a ROTH ira, and put $2000 a year in there, and then come thanks me when ou turn 65 and have $1,000,000 to play with, that is if you are 21 now

Only problem with that is you'll be too old to enjoy yourself

This is the deal: I have 1500 to spend on the ITR, not a penny more. I am aiming for 220-240 at the wheel one day so the parts I put on now would have to hold the planned power upgrades, I would like to do the cams maybe Jun or Toda but those will have to wait, but for now I had in mind a jdm header4-1, carsound cat, and if the money is not out of control I would like to put in a clutch and flywheel but the FD would have to wait a while and I'm not to keen on doing that cause i have the 7/75 warranty.

What type of clutch would I need for the planned mods???
So on that note which clutch and flywheel?
3 puck/4puck/5puck, what the puck do i get?

I am under the same situation except that I already have my brake stuff, and a set of Tien's whenever the LAZY Dragon takes them off his car. I am getting the following;

Skunk2 F/R Adjustable Arms
Spoon Front Strut Bar(to match the rear)
Acura Nose Mask(For Expo Trip:thumbup
5-point Harness
I/O Camera mount
Alignment and hopefully a Track event so I wont be a virgin at the Expo
This seems to be the best way for me to spend my Tax Return $$
