Skunk2's or Ground Controls? (for street/track)
Okay, I currently have H&R Race Springs (which will be for sale SOON) with Tokico Blues. My setup is going to be TOO LOW for the Spoon header I'm getting.
I need to move to something adj. I'm thinking Skunk2's or GC's. I need some suggestions on spring rates and which brand to choose. I will be using my hybrid for a combo between daily driving AND AutoX/some roadcourse. Can I get even choose my spring rates with Skunk2? I know you can with GC's.
Thanks in advance.

I know this opinion wont count for ****, but... I ordered some Custom rate GC's last thurs. I have a 00 Si with comptech 22 rear and yellows. I ordered 400 F, 450R. I will have them on sometime this week, just waiting for them to come in. Ill post when I get them on and maybe ill be able to help some more. All I know is that GC's are far more popular. Eibach springs BTW.
What does that mean upgrade? You mean just order new springs and not have to replace the sleeve? If thats what your saying, how much is it for 2 new springs??
They're about $50/each. Call ground control and talk with them about the setup, its pretty nice from what i hear. Oh, and you should keep the tokico blues otherwise the ride will literally suck ***.... although i dont know what kind of spring rates the tokico's can handle. I'm guessing the H&R race springs are in the 300# range...
