Skunk2's or Ground Controls??? (for street and some race)
Okay, I currently have H&R Race Springs (which will be for sale SOON) with Tokico Blues. My setup is going to be TOO LOW for the Spoon header I'm getting. I need to move to something adj. I'm thinking Skunk2's or GC's. I need some suggestions on spring rates and which brand to choose. I will be using my hybrid for a combo between daily driving AND AutoX/some roadcourse. Can I get even choose my spring rates with Skunk2? I know you can with GC's.
Thanks in advance.

Buy some real shitty coil-overs for the sleeves and call these guys:
http://www.opmmotorsports.com/
They offer CUSTOM Eibach springs for any application, and they can even suggest the right combo for you.

I don't know if I would call opm. My brother lives near them; They dicked him on a shitty clutch they put in; He paid to have a clutch put in, it fucked up and they refused to take care of the situation, and finished the conversation by saying if your going to be a problem customer don't come back-WTF they caused the problem!

I cannot vouch for OPM's service dept, but I know they are knowledgable in terms of a car's set-up and execution. They also offer those really nicey Eibach springs for coil-overs, and they sell Konis too.
KYB/AGX struts will NOT handle stronger spring rates. I had some, and they were great for the money, but I think a 600 spring rate in the rear would kill them quickly. I'm hoping to get 450fr, 600rr from OPM for my Koni coil-overs.
OPM also can send out the Konis and have them shortened and revalved too.
Sorry if your bro had trouble greyeg, but again I'm just saying they have some good products and advise - their work? I would not know since my shop does all of my work if I do not

get some ground controls. call them up and they can suggest which spring rates for you to get whether it be for the street, strip, or track.

Yeah, AGX's are only good to 400lb from what I hear. I have some 200/180lb on my agx's and I think its a decent setup for "sprited" street driving, and should be decent for the autoX.
