Is it normal when you pump the brake pedal and the rpm gauge goes higher? I was wondering this and thinking that it maybe be the problem to my low Idle. Also if its not normal and something is wrong would it be Vacuum related? Also only when I turn on the ac my brake pedal travels all the way to the floor. Thanks for the help!
Ive Tried adjusting the idle screw, checked the IACV (Brand New), and messed with the FITV. So any other suggestions? Also the Idle doesnt fluctuate.

This is normal, and it is because your brakes use pressure from the intake manifold. More brake pedal applied = higher RPM's required to provide pressure.
