ITR Oil Pump the same as a GSR?
I have searched for this answer but all the threads I found were asking which oil pump to use for ls/vtec. I know what to use, but I'm having trouble locating a itr oil pump, so I was wondering is GSR the same thing?
Also I bought a type r water pump, can I use a GSR oil pump, or should the water/oil pump match?

The oil pump is directly driven by the crankshaft. It's mutually exclusive of the water pump.
Depending on what lower timing belt cover you already have, you should use either an OBD-1 ('94'-'95) or OBD-2 ('96+) GS-R/ITR oil pump. You can always switch using an OBD-2 oil pump as long as you switch to using an OBD-2 lower timing belt cover as well.
OBD-1 oil pump: 15100-PR3-024 (use with 11810-PR3-010 cover and 11831-PR3-000 seal)
OBD-2 oil pump: 15100-P72-A01 (use with 11810-P72-A00 cover and 11831-P72-A00 seal)
The OBD-2 oil pumps are cheaper, but if you have to buy a new cover and seal, it offsets any savings.
