Amber lit clock
JDM, aftermarket, or.....? I'm in the process of doing a custom all amber lit dash, so I need a clock to match. Does someone perhaps know the trick to changing the back light to a dark amber color?
You'll have to replace the stock illumination lights in the cluster. You'll also have to be creative with the mounting.

Thanks alot. What I ended up doing was cutting a clear piece piece of plastic off of a package I had to fit the face of the clock on the inside. I then used some of the same amber transparent hobby paint I used on my gauge cluster bulbs and it came out great.
