Default uh oh...CEL

have a eg with a jdm type r motor. I threw a cel tonight while driving normal on the freeway like 65-70 mph. All of a sudden a CEL comes on and i drive off to 7-11 to buy a paper clip. I checked it and i think i am throwing a CEL 1.....so i dont know whats up..I swapped in a Toda Header and a Toda Program ecu the day before. Is it the ecu or header? I never threw a cel with the stock JDM ITR ecu. Also, i turned back on my car, the cel is gone. I gun it...and it doesnt pull as hard and idont think i have vtec.

1 O2A - Oxygen sensor #1

Swap back in the ITR ecu to see if it behaves the same way. Stupid question, but you remembered to plug it back in, right?

OBD 1 can be kind of vague. That code could basically mean the O2 isn't sending any signal... it's reading too lean or too rich, not switching properly or fast enough, or the heater may have failed. Actually, I don't know if there's a seperate code in the OBD 1 system for O2 heaters or not.
