rear brake question on 91 hatch

Default rear brake question on 91 hatch

i just wnted to know if you have to pull the whole drum off to replace the wheel cylinders. i was told you do but ,it looks like you can get to the one bolt with a wrench. i just bought the car a couple of weeks ago and never worked on one before.

yes, you do need to pull off the drum cover. Remember to release the E brake before you start hammering.

i know i have to take the cover off, i mean the backing plate to get to the bolts that hold the cylinder on.
