chirping sound from inside dizzy, d16z6 wth???

it goes slow with the engine or fast, it sounds like its in the cap, but i know its coming from the dizzy, nothings rubbing, but what the hell could it be???

It's arcing. It happens when the humidity is real high, your **** gets wet or the coil is beginning to fail. It's common and it's not that big of a deal.
