they are completley interchangeable...all the way to the exhaust manifold. you can use either...the difference between the lx and the ex is a better designed manifold and a two tip muffler. also note that any of those can be used on a coupe or sedan and fit perfectly...

Forgot to mention, I have a wagon. Checking the cat back exhaust on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...98918 It said it won't fit LX. So I was wondering whats the different.
