i know the BLOX intake manifold for my b16a isnt smog legal but they look pretty identical to the skunk2 which is carb legal..

cant you just give the ref the carb number for a skunk2? if we can hardly tell the difference between the two im pretty sure he wont either. if i wasnt in such a time and money restraint i wouldnt care so much but i got limited funds and time to get my car to the state ref and the skunk is WAY more expensive than the blox
