Default how to at least 200whp b18c N/a

This is in an eg coupe. It shouldn't be to hard to get 200 whp n/a in a jdm b18c. What mods should be performed to achieve this? And what 1/4 mile would this roughly earn(200whp)?
I had in mind to get itr cams, aem intake,(any suggestions what else?)

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1263436 ,All these set-ups are oem blocks on 91 octane. Some of them passed 200whp with simple set-ups.
